Practice Nurse Position">

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic general practice team. If you're passionate about community health, enjoy working in a supportive environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chronic Disease Management, including Care Plan coordination
  • Identifying and participating in Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives
  • Contributing to patient education and health literacy
  • Administering Immunisations and Vaccinations
  • Performing ECGs and Spirometry
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in general practice min 2 years
  • Immunisation and current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Warm, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Familiarity with Best Practice software
  • Understanding of Medicare item numbers and the Australian healthcare system
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a Practice Nurse role or similar setting
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Confidence using IT systems and clinical software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • A caring, patient-focused approach
