General Practice Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chronic Disease Management, including Care Plan coordination
  • Identifying and participating in Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to patient education and health literacy
  • Administering Immunisations and Vaccinations
  • Performing ECGs and Spirometry

As a General Practice Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored care that meets their individual needs. You will be responsible for coordinating chronic disease management, identifying and participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to patient education and health literacy, administering immunisations and vaccinations, and performing ECGs and spirometry.
