Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. This role involves following established processes, completing administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, providing support, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment strategies: job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and assist between processes
  • Initiate and complete onboarding tasks using an HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
  • Populate HR-related reports and metrics
  • Maintain records in the HRIS
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR procedures and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate employee recognition awards and participate in other generalist tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR administration or general office administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Tech savvy with various software and Microsoft Office
