This role sits within the Curriculum Development unit. The team is responsible for innovation, development, review and implementation of education programs and curricula.
The primary role is to support the Curriculum Development team to design, develop and review curricula, education programs and supporting resources in line with educational frameworks, and support implementation across Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop strategic frameworks and plans for curriculum revision, education programs, assessments and training program requirements
- Manage and advise specialty groups and committees to develop and review their curriculum and resources, achieving standards
- Design and facilitate workshops on curricula development and implementation with stakeholders
- Write curriculum content in collaboration with stakeholders and experts
- Develop communication strategies and plans to support consultation and implementation activities
- Translate educational concepts and stakeholder feedback into actionable plans
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience
- Knowledge of methods used to research, develop, write and implement educational curricula and training resources
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and high-level conceptual, design and analytical skills
- Ability to translate and synthesise complex information, design processes and coordinate projects
This role requires the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of educational concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, be highly organised and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
