  • Additionally, they should be familiar with project management methodologies and delivery styles.
  • Experience in marketing, digital, sales enablement, or customer-facing transformation within B2B is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and change enablement resources is necessary.
  • Adaptability to ambiguity, prioritizing with limited information, and adjusting pace in fast-paced environments is crucial.
  • Previous experience in travel, technology, or professional services sectors is also beneficial.
