Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our fresh food team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable and responsive to customers' needs
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
