You will be instrumental in positioning Aon's Workers' Compensation insurance and consulting solutions, to help these organizations manage their people risk effectively.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting ASX-listed, large private, and government sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with senior team members, including C-suite executives, positioning Aon as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive significant revenue growth by finding opportunities to expand Aon's reach within these crucial client segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the largest clients in the ASX-listed, large private, and government sectors.
  2. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with senior team members, including C-suite executives, positioning Aon as a trusted advisor.
  3. Sales Growth: Drive significant revenue growth by finding opportunities to expand Aon's reach within these crucial client segments.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have proven leadership experience and success in business development or sales management, focused specifically on engaging with senior workplace risk executives in corporate businesses.

You will have a minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within the Workers' Compensation industry, with a focus on large, complex clients.

Demonstrated success in managing and engaging large corporate clients, large private businesses, and government sectors.
