Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at IFYS Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our programs, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
About the RoleThe Administration Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the program team, including data collection and entry, records maintenance, and filing.
- Assisting with tenancy paperwork and maintaining client rent records in Chintaro.
- Completing timely and accurate administrative tasks, including data collection and entry, records maintenance, and filing.
- Supporting the on-boarding process of new staff members and volunteers in collaboration with the HR team.
- Responsible for purchasing and ensuring accurate levels of stock and dealing with external suppliers.
- Supporting the booking of rooms and external services.

What We Offer- Full-time employment, contract until 30th June 2026.
- Work based from Nambour.
- Salary base $66,000 per annum + superannuation.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
