Patient Transport Coordinator

At Ambulance Victoria, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding emergency healthcare services to the Victorian community. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Transport Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective and efficient care and transport of non-emergency pre and post hospital patients.
- Respond to all cases in a timely manner and provide appropriate patient assessment, care, and transport, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Complete Patient Care Records and other relevant documentation in an accurate manner.
- Provide effective patient handover to hospital staff/patient relatives.
- Certificate III in Non-Emergency Patient Transport or equivalent.
- Current Victorian driver license.
- Minimum 100 hours of on-road clinical experience completed within a two-year period.
- Demonstrated understanding of Scope of Practice/Clinical Practice Guidelines for the role.

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and transport services. If you have a Certificate III in Non-Emergency Patient Transport or equivalent, a current Victorian driver license, and a minimum of 100 hours of on-road clinical experience, we want to hear from you.
