The HR Advisor will play a key role in a project to review and adapt policy & procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Updating employment contracts
  • Driving continuous improvement in HR practices
The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, reviewing and adapting policy & procedure
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant awards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
