About The Role
  • Drafting and reviewing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning documents is a key responsibility of this role.
  • You will advise clients on estate administration, probate proceedings, and asset protection strategies.
  • Conducting legal research, staying updated on relevant laws, and providing innovative solutions to clients is essential.
  • You will manage and resolve disputes related to wills and estates, including mediation and litigation when necessary.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction is crucial.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including senior lawyers and support staff, to deliver comprehensive legal services is also important.
  • Participating in professional development activities, staying abreast of industry trends, and contributing to the firm's growth initiatives is expected.
Skills & Experience
  • A current Practising Certificate is required.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years PAE in Wills & Estates law is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently is required.
