About the Role

This Corporate Customer Success Associate will play a key supporting role in helping our customers achieve their goals. Working closely with our Customer Success team, you will ensure client satisfaction, assist in resolving customer inquiries, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • assisting in responding to corporate partner inquiries, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience
  • helping guide new corporate partners through onboarding processes, ensuring they understand product features and setup
  • contributing to internal documentation, creating knowledge base articles, and assisting with customer success reports and metrics
  • collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences and drive customer satisfaction
