About the Role

As a senior banking professional, you'll be responsible for leading a frontline team that provides exceptional customer service and drives business growth. This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership skills, experience in risk management, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold accountability for compliance and risk management - build a culture of integrity and responsibility
  • Drive customer acquisition, service, and retention - foster strong relationships with customers and the community
  • Lead and uplift frontline staff through training, mentoring, and performance management
  • Drive results that have a clear, positive impact on overall business performance
Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience, ideally gained in a retail banking environment
  • Proven experience of holding accountability for risk and compliance, staff performance, and customer experience
  • High-energy, with an ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Experience of working to achieve business performance targets and spur growth
