At the heart of our organization is a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. As a Trustee Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission.

The wealth management business at our institution offers a unique blend of wealth management, advice, and trustee services. Our diverse capabilities include strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning, and philanthropy.

We cater to individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and Indigenous communities across Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Trustee Services team on a national basis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical and administrative support to the Trustee Services team
  • Maintaining regular and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing team inboxes
  • Assisting Trust Managers with regular compliance tasks and service requests
  • Supporting the estate renunciation process

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Financial industry qualifications desirable
  • A minimum three years' experience in an administrative role, preferably with a Financial Services or a Trustee Company
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience operating in a client-focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance focus
