As a Senior Financial Director at Asset Personnel, you will be responsible for leading high-quality service delivery and overseeing the financial activities of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher qualification and at least five years of relevant experience. They will possess excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills to operate within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine, implement, monitor, review, and evaluate budgetary and accounting strategies in consultation with other managers
  • Provide financial information and interpret implications for business performance and funding needs
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of accounting systems
  • Direct the preparation of financial reports summarizing the organization's financial position, including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings and income
  • Assess capital finance proposals and the financial status of operational projects
  • Advise on investment strategies, sources of funds, and distribution of earnings
  • Deliver long-range profit forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Evaluate compliance with financial legislation and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in finance or a related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
