Logistics and Supply Chain Expert

As a key leader in our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a multifaceted supply chain network that spans procurement, inventory management, material coordination, shipping, and receiving. Your oversight ensures the precise execution of repair and return processes, electronic waste management, and efficient transportation operations.

With a strong background in logistics and transportation management, you will have proven experience in warehouse operations management, managing procurement programs, asset management, and transportation areas. You must possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with adjudicated polygraph or Host Nation PV Clearance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all supply chain management functions operate within approved material management programs
  • Performing relocation and movement of equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, furniture, and systems in accordance with US Government and Host Nation regulations
  • Assisting in the collection, packing, and shipping of digital/magnetic media in accordance with applicable security and facility regulations
  • Maintaining Electrostatic Discharge Controls Programs to ensure safety of materials and personnel
  • Operating vehicle programs in accordance with all applicable US Government and Host Nation regulations
  • Steering warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Crafting and executing strategic plans for warehousing, setting long-term logistical sustainment
  • Innovating and implementing policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient work environments
  • Authorizing and guiding technical solutions, products, and processes to meet high standards and client expectations
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with adjudicated polygraph or Host Nation PV Clearance
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience leading large-scale logistics and transportation operations
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations management, managing procurement programs, asset management, and transportation areas
  • Minimum two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in logistics operations or transportation operations
  • Knowledge of process improvement models such as LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000
