We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gardener to join our team in Coffs Harbour.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity that requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and proper use of gardening tools and equipment, as well as maintaining the overall appearance of gardens and lawns.

The ideal candidate will have experience with outdoor tasks such as lawn care, weeding, watering, pruning, and general tidiness.

You will also be provided with all necessary equipment, including safety gear such as a hi-vis vest, hat, and helmet.

Please note that this is a part-time opportunity, requiring 20 hours per week.

A vehicle and comprehensive insurance are essential for this role.

  • Lawn maintenance: Mowing, trimming edges, and keeping the lawn healthy.
  • Weed control: Light weeding to keep garden beds clear of unwanted plants.
  • Pruning: Trimming bushes and shrubs to maintain their shape and health.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with outdoor tasks and gardening.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Police Check (last 3 months).
  • A genuine love for gardening and outdoor work.
