Sales Manager Interior Decor

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our interior decor and homewares business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales across all channels
  • Lead by example and provide coaching and guidance to the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts through proactive outreach and communication
  • Ensure that all customers receive unparalleled service and support from the moment they enter our store
  • Merchandise products to create visually appealing displays that drive sales and customer engagement
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or sales environment with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop the team
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
