Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals in a joint effort to achieve a common goal.
  • Manage cases to ensure effective rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.
  • Develop and implement programs aimed at preventing injuries and providing education on workplace safety.
  • Provide support to individuals with injuries or health conditions to help them recover and successfully reintegrate into the workforce.
  • Utilize clinical skills to perform diverse assessments, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, to diagnose, support treatment plans, address psychosocial obstacles to employment, and identify suitable job opportunities for workers who have suffered injuries in the workplace or from a motor vehicle accident.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
