About the Role

As an Assistant Manager at ANZ, you will play a key role in supporting Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will work closely with Relationship Bankers to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase customer revenue. Your analytical skills and commercial acumen will be essential in assessing financial trends and making informed decisions to drive business success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Great financial literacy and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery role
  • Sound understanding of structuring security arrangements
  • Experience in the banking industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
