Our organization is seeking a seasoned Strategic Advisor to oversee key business initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough expense and cost analyses, with a focus on production planning and scheduling. This will involve leading internal teams proactively to prevent delays and minimize expenses resulting from them.
- Providing high-level assessments to executive teams to inform critical decision-making processes regarding process improvement, opportunities, and strategic direction
- Offering guidance and advice on business strategy and initiatives
- Identifying areas for improvement, conducting market research, and analyzing current and emerging trends and technologies. Developing strategies that effectively integrate these trends and technologies into our operations
- Employing an innovative and intuitive approach to researching target markets and new opportunities,
- Creating and documenting internal policy manuals and business procedures, ensuring comprehensive training for all employees and compliance with company regulations and safety protocols
- Designing creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursuing new client opportunities
- Providing regular feedback and consulting services to senior management

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus superannuation benefits. The job type is Full-time, Permanent, with an 8-hour shift schedule.
