We are seeking a qualified and experienced healthcare professional to join our team. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities to ensure seamless service delivery
This is a permanent full-time position available at our centre. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can apply your skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Requirements:- Currrent registration with the relevant governing body
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
