Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and management to the site-based team members
  • Ensure the delivery of excellence in quality care provision
  • Work with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania to support innovation and quality improvement for the region
  • Consult and engage with a wide range of professionals
  • Manage clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff
  • Develop and monitor processes to ensure effective service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mental health-related degree or relevant qualification
  • Eligibility for related registration
  • Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician
  • Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to engage with consumers
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders
