We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at MSS Security Pty Ltd. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a security presence while remaining alert and focused.
You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team. Your primary duties will include:
- Concierge/commercial building security
- Access control and monitor CCTV
- Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
- Direct and escort visitors to site
- Visitor sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys
- Conduct foot patrols internal and external
You will work on a rotating roster, across multiple sites within the Sydney CBD. We offer a range of benefits, including:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- Current NSW Security licence
- Australian Citizenship (due to clearance requirements)
- Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standards of presentation and grooming
- High level computer literacy skills
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Integrity and sound judgment
