About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to our clients, staff, and visitors at the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-focused administrative services, including managing the hospital switchboard and reception area.
  • Manage the creation, storage, retention, and disposal of resident records.
  • Contribute to the efficient resident management system and maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office, and take and type meeting minutes.
  • Provide confidential and professional secretarial and administrative support services to executive-level staff.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in office administration processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including word processing, desktop publishing, Microsoft Excel, and email.
  • Sound data entry skills.
