We are seeking a Digital Content Manager to drive the performance, publishing and optimisation of our core websites.

This is a hands on role where you'll manage daily digital operations, support eCommerce activities, and work with cross functional teams to create seamless and engaging online experiences for customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of our core websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency and user-centric design.
  • Build, publish and optimise a wide variety of digital content including blog posts, landing pages, product updates and campaign assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver updates, resolve issues and enhance platform performance.
  • Support the delivery and optimisation of our Digital Marketplace and online parking booking platforms.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of digital campaigns, AB tests, and personalised experiences.
  • Ensure all content meets our brand guidelines, website style guide, SEO practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including SEO enhancements, governance processes and digital platform enhancements.
