About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and domestic support to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Transport clients to appointments, social events, and other activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on enhancing their quality of life.
  • Prepare nutritious meals, assist with medication management, and maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services, or equivalent qualification.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR Certificate, and Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
