  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch work orders through FES/Click.
  • Manage multiple contracts while multitasking across systems and communication channels.
  • Support inbound call overflow and respond to subcontractor inquiries.
  • Liaise with site supervisors to allocate jobs and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Action Freshdesk tickets to resolve overdue, reallocated, or cancelled work orders.
  • Monitor work order outcomes and meet team KPIs.
