About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Services Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of skills in community services, particularly within Aboriginal communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lectures and training sessions with a focus on community services.
  • Support Aboriginal students and communities, understanding and addressing the unique challenges they face in education and employment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance program delivery and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and evolving environment.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the community services sector, specifically with Aboriginal students and communities.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or a diploma/higher-level qualification in adult education.
  • Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficient in using various IT systems and programs, including Microsoft Office, e-learning platforms, and social media.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture, including the barriers faced by Aboriginal people in education and employment.
