Structural Engineering Expertise

We seek an experienced Structural Engineer to deliver high-quality structural designs and lead project teams through technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and review structures ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and client specifications.
  • Lead project teams through cost estimation, scope development, and technical delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to support audits, commissioning, and compliance across heavy industry operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers within the structural team.
  • Contribute to business development by engaging with clients, identifying project opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Structural).
  • RPEQ Registration.
  • 7+ years of civil/structural engineering experience, including site-based work.
  • Experience with structural analysis tools highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
