Data Governance Expert

Make a meaningful impact at IAG, the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will enable and support data governance education and data management services to complement the roll out and embedding of Data Governance Framework across IAG.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enabling and supporting data governance education and data management services
- Reviewing and updating training content to align with Data Governance Standards, Privacy Laws, and Regulations
- Delivering education services, materials, roadmaps, guild sessions, and communities of practice
About you:
- Experience in data governance or data management
- Understanding of various compliance obligations under the Australian Privacy Act and other relevant regulations
- Excellent verbal and written presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of drivers of economic value, the insurance value chain, competition, and the regulatory environment
