Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to fill a Customer Service position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the customer care department.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, adhering to company guidelines and values.
- Communicate with delivery drivers to facilitate smooth and timely deliveries.
- Analyze customer pain points and present findings to management for improvement.
- Update website content, including stock levels.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering processes.
About the Role:
- Varying hours may be required, with customer care hours operating Monday to Saturday from 8am to 3pm.
- All necessary training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
- Access to all necessary software and tools will be granted.
- Prior customer service experience is essential, while knowledge of flowers is highly desirable.
