OSH Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OSH Coordinator to join our team at Chatham Primary School. As an OSH Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children, while also ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs for children, using industry-leading programming tools.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks, ensuring all necessary requirements are met.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, and mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Roster for your service with support from your Area Manager, and work collaboratively with the school community to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry, with a strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state, and Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, and Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
