We are seeking a skilled Workshop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and possess a solid understanding of cementation equipment and well construction processes.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and readiness of critical well completion components.

  • Conduct thorough receiving inspections and visual/dimensional checks on new equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead assembly operations using bucking units and torque machines, adhering to precise specifications.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries to meet customer requirements, prioritizing timely and efficient execution.
  • Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, utilizing strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform testing and calibration of facility equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision in each task.
  • Monitor and maintain proper use and maintenance of precision measuring instruments, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Process work orders, maintenance requests, and maintain accurate records, promoting transparency and efficiency within the team.

The successful candidate will be able to think critically, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently. They will also possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, time management and organizational skills, quality control and attention to detail, physical capability to perform required tasks, and ability to work safely with tools and machinery.
