About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Design and Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail design and delivery process, ensuring time and cost-efficient tenant transitions through leasing negotiation, design, and fit-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize tools and technology to enable efficient design and delivery processes, monitoring progress and key milestones effectively.
  • Deliver innovation to the leasing process by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and speed to market.
  • Manage the team to oversee landlord and tenant works, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Collaborate with your team to collect and analyze data on key delivery metrics.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability to achieve excellent outcomes in the design and delivery space.
  • Participate in site inspections to assess delivery works and outcomes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Construction/Project Management or a related field, accompanied by experience working in the property industry.

You should have demonstrated knowledge of retail markets, properties, tenants, and owners, as well as expertise in tenancy fit-out coordination, design, and building services and systems.

A strong reputable network within the retail market and excellent communication skills are essential, along with experience in managing high-performing teams.
