Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Professional to join our SMSF team in Central North NSW. As an SMSF Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in tax return preparation, financial statement creation, and reconciliations. You will also handle compliance and administrative tasks, prepare reports, and contribute to strategy implementation for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing tax returns, financial statements, and reconciliations for SMSF clients;
  • Handle compliance and administrative tasks, including client record maintenance and data entry;
  • Prepare and review reports, such as time-sheets, client service agreements, and invoicing;
  • Contribute to strategy implementation for clients, learning ATO registrations, and preparing meeting minutes and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel);
  • Familiarity with Class Super (Advantageous but not essential);
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently;
  • A genuine team player with a friendly and helpful demeanor;

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
