Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Centre Director to lead our Caringbah centre, located at Our Lady of Fatima Preschool & Long Day Care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning experience for children, families, and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes a culture of excellence and respect.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and families.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the centre.
  • Collaborate with the head office team to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and care.
  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role or director role.
  • Be confident with the assessment and rating process.
  • Have a good understanding of the cycle of planning and the documentation process for children's learning.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF, and EYLF.
  • Hold current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management qualifications.
  • Hold a food supervisor certificate.
