About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Capgemini. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Proven experience of Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
  • Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Service; or Community Cloud.
