Job Title: Administration Support Specialist

The role of the Administration Support Specialist is to provide high-level support to the Principal and other senior staff members. This involves a range of administrative tasks, including diary management, correspondence, and documentation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Principal, including managing meetings and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Manage administration duties, including reception and general administrative tasks.
  • Prepare correspondence and documentation as requested by the Principal.
  • Maintain College policy schedule and update as required.
  • Assist in implementing and reviewing the Emergency Management Plan for the site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
