**Women's Health and Fitness Leader**

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring female leader to oversee our vibrant, women-focused fitness community.

  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to drive results and create an uplifting space where members thrive.
  • Design and coordinate class timetables and fitness programs that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.
  • Grow key services including Pilates, Personal Training, and Women's Health initiatives.
  • Manage local marketing initiatives to attract and retain members who share our passion for women's health and fitness.

We're looking for someone with proven leadership experience, strong management skills, and a passion for empowering women through fitness. If you're ready to take charge and inspire others, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to grow our women's health and fitness services.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, personal trainers, and sales staff.
  3. Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform decision-making.
