We are seeking a skilled and passionate Childcare Educator to join our team in Melbourne. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing engaging programs for primary-age children and building strong relationships with families and the community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead engaging child-centered programs filled with exciting activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Develop strong, positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the broader community.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of Educators on-site to ensure high-quality care and education.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take on leadership opportunities when needed.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state working-with-children check.
• Valid Australian work rights.
• Relevant qualification in children's services or be in the process of completing one (per ACECQA guidelines).
