Event Hospitality Professional

This role involves providing a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service for events and functions. As an Event Hospitality Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of presentation and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in hospitality or a related field, as well as experience in the industry. You should be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless event experience
- Hospitality qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Hospitality)
- Current RSA certification
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Casual pool positions available on an as-needed basis
- Hourly remuneration from $42.04 gross per hour
- Annual salary increases and performance reviews
