We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver swift and effective care to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, including triage, assessment, and treatment of patients.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver effective care to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with experience in triage and emergency department settings.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one).
