About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Transition Coach to join our team at Manpower Australia. As a Transition Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting Australian Defence Force (ADF) members in their transition to civilian life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver coaching and support services to ADF members, including those with complex needs, to maximize their chances of a successful transition.
  • Participate in the coordination and delivery of State ADF Transition Seminars.
  • Conduct face-to-face coaching with transitioning members, providing advice on entitlements and benefits, and guiding them through administrative processes.
  • Provide access to information and referrals to internal and external support services.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizen.
  • AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance required or ability to obtain and uphold.
  • A current Australian Driver's License.
  • 5 years' experience in the employment services industry or community service sector, or a Cert IV in Career Development (or similar).
  • Experience in Case Management.
  • A background in career coaching, mentorship, or learning and development is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with people and businesses.
  • Incredible empathy and ability to inspire.
  • Ability to listen, motivate, and provide valuable feedback to others.
  • Ability to consistently execute daily responsibilities with minimal oversight.
