We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Transition Coach to join our team at Manpower Australia. As a Transition Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting Australian Defence Force (ADF) members in their transition to civilian life.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver coaching and support services to ADF members, including those with complex needs, to maximize their chances of a successful transition.
- Participate in the coordination and delivery of State ADF Transition Seminars.
- Conduct face-to-face coaching with transitioning members, providing advice on entitlements and benefits, and guiding them through administrative processes.
- Provide access to information and referrals to internal and external support services.
- Australian Citizen.
- AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance required or ability to obtain and uphold.
- A current Australian Driver's License.
- 5 years' experience in the employment services industry or community service sector, or a Cert IV in Career Development (or similar).
- Experience in Case Management.
- A background in career coaching, mentorship, or learning and development is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with people and businesses.
- Incredible empathy and ability to inspire.
- Ability to listen, motivate, and provide valuable feedback to others.
- Ability to consistently execute daily responsibilities with minimal oversight.
