Dirty Moes is a renowned American style BBQ restaurant known for its bold flavours and exciting atmosphere. To support our continued growth, we are seeking highly skilled Chefs to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As our new Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. Key duties include:

  • Managing kitchen operations and setting up for service
  • Preparing mise en place and smoking meats to perfection
  • Leading the kitchen team and overseeing junior staff
  • Developing and implementing new menu items
  • Ensuring impeccable hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

Key Selection Criteria

  • A relevant trade qualification and at least 3 years' experience
  • Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with a passion for BBQ

Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation contribution.
