Health Information Manager - Clinical Coding Leader

The successful applicant will have strong leadership capability, organizational skills, extensive knowledge of Clinical Coding & Casemix, and skills in interpretation and analysis of clinical data.

This position plays a key role in undertaking accurate, comprehensive, and timely clinical coding across the organization.

The Health Information Manager will lead and drive success within the team, ensuring effective and efficient coding processes and collaborating with stakeholders to improve coding quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the Coding and Casemix service
  • Maintaining effective and efficient coding processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve coding quality and compliance
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor of Health Information Management or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in clinical coding and casemix management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
