Key Responsibilities
  • Provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.
  • Sell products to customers, focusing on results.

  • Help with merchandising stock, refreshing displays and ensuring attention to detail.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Offer professional and personalized service to find ideal jewellery or watches for customers.
  • Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and policies.
  • Perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing and customer repairs.
