About the Role

You will be part of our Telesales team located in Surfers Paradise. You'll be responsible for selling exciting holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers approximately 85% of the time.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers who require further information or would like to book in for a holiday approximately 15% of the time.
  • Connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Understand our vacation packages and travel services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude, determination, and results-driven approach.
  • Resilience and a go-getter mentality with a knack for sales.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the travel industry.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial.
