About Our Opportunity

As a Commercial SDR Manager, you will lead a high-energy team in creating new pipeline within our Commercial segment. As a results-driven leader, you will monitor KPIs and develop your team's skills through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, coach, and manage a team of 4-5 inbound sales representatives.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through open communication and data-driven decision making.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees to ensure team success.
  • Develop an outbound mentality by leveraging multi-threading, tech stack alignments, and personas.
  • Conduct weekly rep coaching sessions to assess team members' capabilities and partner with them to develop their potential.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • 5+ years of related sales experience in a quota-driven sales capacity.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor sales reps, with a strong analytical and organizational skills background.
  • Goal-oriented, team player, and self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and another language is a plus.
