Financial Leadership Role
  • Key Responsibilities: Oversee a team of 3 accounting professionals, driving system accounting, compliance and controls, and finance projects forward.
  • Business Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and finance leaders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with financial laws and guidelines across the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems.
  • Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits for various divisions.
  • Project Management: Manage internal projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a CA/CPA-qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Experience in a multinational organization, preferably in manufacturing or construction, is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pronto accounting software is advantageous. Proven leadership in managing finance teams within a matrix structure, with a results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills, is essential. A curious and pragmatic approach to work and business improvements will be valued.

Required Skills: The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pronto accounting software is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically, are also required.
